Return Window You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Item Condition To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Cost Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost packages in transit.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on items damaged due to misuse, final sale items, or products that have been used.
